How does Posy work?+
Add the people who matter and the dates that matter. We text you a reminder 30, 14, and 5 days before each date. When it's time to send something, reply to the text with 1, 2, or 3 to pick one of three curated arrangements. We hand the order off to a local partner florist who delivers it on the day.
What does it cost?+
The three arrangements are $45, $65, and $85. On the free tier you pay a small service fee, a delivery fee if you choose delivery (versus pickup), and the small-order fee on the $45 SKU. Posy+ at $29 a year waives every per-order fee. Two orders a year and it's already paid for itself.
Where do you deliver?+
Phase 1 launch is Langley, BC. We add Surrey, Cloverdale, and White Rock next, then Greater Vancouver, then Victoria, then the Okanagan. If you're outside these areas, you can still receive reminders and pickup orders.
How do I opt out of SMS?+
Reply STOP to any Posy message. You'll get one confirmation message and we won't text you again. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again at giftposy.com.
How do I cancel Posy+?+
From the app, go to Account → Posy+ and tap Cancel. Or email support@giftposy.com and we'll handle it. Posy+ benefits remain active through the end of your current billing year.
The arrangement wasn't right.+
Message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a refund, a redelivery, or store credit. Email support@giftposy.com with a photo of what you received and the order number from your confirmation text.
Is my data sold?+
No. Your phone number, your people, your addresses, and your order history are used only to run the service. We share order details with the partner florist and the courier, and that's it. Read the full Privacy Policy.
