SMS Terms & Messaging Program

Posy operates a free, opt-in SMS reminder program for Canadian consumers. When you sign up, we send you automated reminders before important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays) for the people you've added to your account. You can reply to those reminders to order flower arrangements that are delivered or available for pickup through our partner florists.

You opt in to receive SMS from Posy by:

• Submitting your phone number through our opt-in form at giftposy.com and explicitly checking the SMS consent box.
• Verifying your phone number by entering the 6-digit code we text you immediately after sign-up.

Consent is required and is never assumed. Your phone number is never auto-enrolled in this program by us, a partner, or any other party.

You will receive the following categories of SMS from Posy:

• Sign-in codes. A one-time 6-digit code when you sign in to your Posy account.
• Occasion reminders. Up to three reminders per occasion you've added: 30 days, 14 days, and 5 days before the date. Each reminder lets you reply with a single digit (1, 2, or 3) to order one of three curated flower arrangements.
• Order confirmations and delivery updates. Transactional messages tied to orders you place. Payment confirmation, partner acceptance, out-for-delivery notice, delivery confirmation.
• Account messages. Occasional messages about your account (e.g., a Posy+ renewal reminder).

Frequency varies based on how many people and occasions you've added. A typical Posy user receives approximately 3 messages per upcoming occasion. Most users receive between 5 and 20 messages per month.

Posy does not charge you for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

You can opt out of Posy SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from us. You'll receive one final confirmation message and will not be texted again.

You can also email support@giftposy.com to be removed from the program. We honour opt-out requests within 24 hours.

If you previously opted out and want to receive Posy messages again, reply START or UNSTOP to our number, or sign up again at giftposy.com.

Posy supports the major Canadian wireless carriers (Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom Mobile, Vidéotron, SaskTel, and their respective sub-brands). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages described above and to authenticate your account. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your phone number or any other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
