Terms of Service

By using Posy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Posy is an SMS-first reminder and ordering service for flowers. We send you reminders before dates you care about and route your flower orders to a local partner florist.

You must be 18 or older to use Posy. You're responsible for keeping your phone number under your control and for the orders placed from your account.

Orders placed through Posy are between you and the partner florist; Posy facilitates the transaction. Prices, fees, and taxes are disclosed at checkout. Payment is charged when you confirm the order.

Posy+ is a subscription product at $29 CAD per year, billed annually, that waives per-order service fees, small-order fees, and a portion of delivery fees. Posy+ auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If an arrangement doesn't meet our quality standard, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a refund, redelivery, or store credit at our discretion. Custom card messages can't be retracted after the partner has printed the card.

SMS messages from Posy are governed by our SMS Terms. By signing up you consent to the message types and frequency described there.

Don't use Posy to harass, deceive, or send unwanted gifts to people who haven't consented to receive contact from you. Don't use it to send messages we wouldn't print.

Posy is provided as-is. We aim for reliable delivery but can't guarantee that messages arrive on time or that orders are flawless every time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Posy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the new version here. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
